Memorable Quotes:
“Choose the market and your operator very very carefully, because those are the two things that will make or break your deal. You can have an excellent operator, but if they pick the wrong market, you’re gonna lose. Or you can pick a fantastic deal and a perfect location, but the wrong operator can ruin it.” - Sandhya Seshadri
“When people love where they live, they talk about it, and then that brings in people as well. Then you create a community where everybody loves being there, and that’s like a win-win for everyone involved.” - Suzy Sevier
