Originally, Ruben started by doing social media videos for a local apartment investor in Phoenix, and successfully raised $625K for deals during the post-crash buying frenzy. Recently, he has collaborated with Andy McMullen, a fund manager, to invest with the best operators in the USA, some of which have been guests on his show. Ruben also holds bachelor's degrees from Arizona State University in Chemistry and Spanish.
