Javier Hinojo is the host of “The Naked Truth about Real Estate Investing” podcast. Javier went to a Rich Dad Poor Dad seminar in November of 2015, S35k, and got some training. Then, he started by doing fix-and-flip of single-family homes. Javier had only 32 cents in his account on New Year's day 2017. He even asked his kids for their Christmas money so he could pay his rent. By the end of 2019, he closed on his first apartment of 63 units outside Charleston. 19 months later, he has 690 units across 7 properties with a stabilized value of $50M. Javier was inducted into the Rich Dad Poor Dad Hall of Fame in 2018.
