AREI 50: 50th Episode, Reflections from This Journey! with Suzy and Michael
Aristotle once said "Knowing yourself is the beginning of all wisdom."
Self-reflection is a simple and altruistic art of seeing one's true personality internally.
As you reflect on your thoughts and actions, you gradually grow as a person. It's not always as easy as it seems, but reflecting on your actions, you can spot faults and mistakes, or even simply have a difficult time in accepting what happen within your day. And when you discover these faults, it becomes very easy to blame yourself. It takes a lot of courage to accept your shortcomings and make bold efforts, but that is reflection.

Memorable Quotes:
"Make sure that you go in this, like with your mind clear so that you can really like, think about everything that you've done, because it's super cool. You have done something, we just don't give ourselves enough credit. We don't love ourselves enough. We don't think ourselves enough. We don't give herself that win." -Suzy Sevier
"Reflection. Also causes us to pause, pause and think about what just happened, instead of always just pushing forward, moving on to the next thing. Next thing. Next thing. Next thing. You take a pause and sometimes, you think that the only way forward is by forward progress. The only way forward is by completing more and more and more, but sometimes the only way forward is to reflect back or reflect now." -Michael Barnhart
