Andrew Kuntzman said " Roofing was not even on my radar". Neither was Multifamily Real Estate Investing. He thought he'll be headed into Commercial Real Estate, but God had something different in mind.
He jumped into the industry in 2017, right before a storm of all storms in Lakewood. I didn't know the names of different flat roofs, and I called three-tab shingles three prongs. But I knew people, and I used to reach out to my network and find those in need. In 2017 I sold 10 million in Commercial roofing and HVAC, from Multifamily to Churches, and contracted my first 2 million on my 30-day mark in the industry. And I continue to grow and work with great partners nationwide.
