He has a background in project management for commercial construction in Silicon Valley. He quit his 9-5 job that paid $200,000+ per year in 2022 to pursue real estate full-time. 
 
Tim is an expert at building systems, processes, and teams. He built his real estate businesses also while working a demanding full-time job. In addition to wholesaling, he also actively invests in buy-and-hold rentals in North Carolina. Prior to real estate, Tim managed the construction of campus buildings for premier tech clients in CA - Apple, Intuit, AirBNB, Juul Labs.
