Yes, I know the ROI listed in the report here is most likely inflated due to the estimated savings.

BUT what’s not inflated is the impact we will make on our residents.

We are upgrading all the lighting at Harpers Lodge to more efficient LED lighting. Which will save our residents $$ each month since they pay for electricity.

Our property will also save $$$ via the common area lighting as well. So this was an easy way to boost our NOI without increasing rents or adding fees (again, another impact for our residents).

Another great part is that we only have to pay $428 for nearly $10,000 in new lighting thanks to the green initiative rebates available via Public Service Oklahoma!
