AREI 67: The Life-Changing Power of Real Estate with Jeremy Hans

In this episode Jeremy Hans shares his experience on how real estate investing gave him a life-changing power that allowed him to reach for his goals. Come join us and listen in!

Jeremy is a husband, father, and Navy helicopter reservist. A graduate of UF's MBA program, he is an expert in asset management. Besides hating this picture he also loathes disorder and inefficiencies. Jeremy brings order and objectivity to all things Climb Capital. He is the glue, the details guy, and has the greenest grass at Climb Capital.

He is a former Navy Helicopter Pilot who served for 14 years. He began investing in 2010 and house hacked and Brrr'd a fourplex before those were words. Since then he has focused exclusively on Commercial Real Estate and has gone full cycle on Office, Multifamily, and Mobile Home Park syndications. He co-founded Climb Capital in 2020 and they have now pivoted into the Destination RV Park space. He is married and has four kids, 6 and under.

Memorable Quotes:

"And so we feel like we have no problem sharing the information that we have. Nothing we do is a secret. And so if we can get you into the fold, teach you something, give you an opportunity if you want it.

That works for you for us, right? We get you like free labor quote, unquote, you get all of our secrets, quote unquote, and then you go off into the future. You know, us, hopefully you like us. You've seen our systems. We'll find a deal at some point, right? You're going to come back and call us so we can go partner on the deal or find another way to work together, going forward.

We love it. We actually have gone so far as to get the skill bridge MOU completed, which is quite a process. So we were an official skill bridge provider. People can go just like search for us on this skill bridge website and find us and have this conversation."
